How do I access Redemption Reports for my Gifting Program?
Log in to your Gifting Dashboard
Locate the Gifting Program you need to report on and click the Program Detail button
From the Program Detail page, you will see a summary of your program’s redemption followed by the Redemption by Recipient section.
Export the Redemption by Recipient reporting by clicking the Export button. An Excel spreadsheet will automatically download. To customize the report, try filtering by Redemption Status or gifting platform.
